    Pittsburgh Telephone Answering Service a U.S. based contact center and answering service offering domestic and near-shore call center solutions. We have experience managing inbound, outbound, and business process outsourcing services to satisfy our customers’ unique needs. We become an extension of our customers’ businesses with seamless integration of their processes and brand care. We operate from 5 centers. 3 based in the U.S. and 2 in Latin America.     ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Managing high call volume from inbound phone traffic

    • Engaging with customers, listening and uncovering their needs while making recommendations and maximizing revenue for Pittsburgh Telephone Answering Service

    • Handling and conducting phone duties in a timely and professional manner in accordance with company policies and procedures

    • Achieving member engagement standards set for the department by following the established departmental policies and procedures

    • Responding to customer complaints in a professional manner and attempting to resolve objections in accordance with established guidelines

    • Multitasking and operating several applications.

    • The ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

    • Possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Windows 10 equipment

    • Friendly, enthusiastic, and social personality

    • Self- motivated individual

    • Inbound call center experience (highly desired)

    • Prior experience in a startup environment is a plus

    • Strong Written communication skills.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

    • Customer-centric mentality with 2-3 years of experience in a medium to high-volume call center

    • Customer Service experience 3+

    SALARY & BENEFITS:

    • $11.00 - $14.00 per hour

    • Bonus provided based on individual goals
