    Position Overview:
    We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager who brings a passion for great food and wine, thrives in high-volume environments, and leads by example. This role is perfect for a polished professional with a strong foundation in service, team development, and attention to detail.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences

    • Uphold and enforce service standards to maintain excellence across all touchpoints

    • Support and mentor FOH staff through coaching, regular training, and performance feedback

    • Collaborate with the wine and culinary teams to elevate the guest experience

    • Oversee floor operations with a hands-on, guest-first mindset

    • Ensure efficient flow and coordination during high-volume service

    • Assist with scheduling, inventory, and maintaining operational standards

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment

    • Strong leadership skills with a commitment to team development and hospitality excellence

    • Proven ability to thrive under pressure and lead service with calm professionalism

    • Level One Sommelier certification (or equivalent wine knowledge and interest)

    • Exceptional communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills

    • Passion for wine, food, and creating memorable guest moments
