Position Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager who brings a passion for great food and wine, thrives in high-volume environments, and leads by example. This role is perfect for a polished professional with a strong foundation in service, team development, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences
Uphold and enforce service standards to maintain excellence across all touchpoints
Support and mentor FOH staff through coaching, regular training, and performance feedback
Collaborate with the wine and culinary teams to elevate the guest experience
Oversee floor operations with a hands-on, guest-first mindset
Ensure efficient flow and coordination during high-volume service
Assist with scheduling, inventory, and maintaining operational standards
Qualifications:
3+ years of management experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment
Strong leadership skills with a commitment to team development and hospitality excellence
Proven ability to thrive under pressure and lead service with calm professionalism
Level One Sommelier certification (or equivalent wine knowledge and interest)
Exceptional communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
Passion for wine, food, and creating memorable guest moments
