    This isn’t just an Assistant Manager role.

    As an Assistant Manager, you lead by example through your actions, attitude, and daily execution. Your crew looks to you for consistency, support, and direction. How you uphold operations, culture, and guest experience sets the tone for every shift.

    We’re looking for an Assistant Manager with strong leadership potential and the drive to grow within the company. This position is for someone who leads with confidence, takes ownership, and has the ambition to develop into a General Manager position.     What You’ll Own

    Shoperations Excellence

    Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment

    Oversee smooth, consistent daily restaurant operations

    Meet product metrics and uphold food safety and product quality standards

    Oversee bar management and metrics

    Assist in the curation of shop culture and market awareness through marketing

    Facilitate HQ Training Programs

    Strong Marketing experience with emphasis on social media

    Guest Experience & Interaction

    Help deliver a consistently memorable, above-and-beyond guest experience

    Maintain a strong floor presence by engaging guests and supporting team flow

    Assist in building guest relationships and creating regulars through consistent hospitality

    Support daily operations while keeping the Cheba Hut brand energy strong

    Lead by example in reinforcing a customer-first mindset with the crew

    Leadership & Development

    Demonstrate "heads-up" leadership. Keep your head on a swivel and be aware.

    Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain crew relationships and influence behavior

    Provide real-time coaching and shoulder-to-shoulder feedback

    Help align the team around clear daily goals and support a shared vision for overall shop success

    What Makes You a Fit

    2+ years of restaurant shift lead experience or above

    Strong understanding of restaurant systems and operations

    Comfortable working 10+ hour shifts

    Food Safety Certification

    Valid Driver’s License

    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
