Job Summary Clarksville’s 3rd Base is looking for an experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar team! You’ll oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure every guest has a top-notch experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a busy bar environment and knows how to drive sales while maintaining high standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Hire, train, and manage bartenders and bar staff, including performance reviews

Ensure excellent customer service and a fun, safe atmosphere

Manage bar inventory, labor, and budget to control costs

Stay compliant with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

Provide sales and productivity reports to management

Plan and execute promotions, events, and marketing initiatives

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar area

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED

Previous bar or restaurant management experience preferred

Familiarity with POS and bar management software

Ability to stay calm and lead under pressure

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
