Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Lead Bartender to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for taking customer orders, making drink recommendations, keeping the bar area clean and inviting, and creating a variety of traditional and creative cocktails. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-service oriented, and is passionate about mixology.
Responsibilities
Take drink orders
Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and follow all state and federal laws for serving alcoholic beverages
Collect payment and operate cash register
Order, maintain, and restock inventory of bar supplies and ingredients
Supervise bar and floor staff, including managing cuts and break schedules
Perform keyholder duties such as opening/closing the venue and managing the alarm system
Handle escalated guest issues and resolve staff conflicts professionally
Oversee cash handling, including drawer reconciliation and bank deposits
Qualifications
BILINGUAL NECESSARY (ENGLISH & SPANISH)
High school diploma/GED
Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending is preferred
Mixology or hospitality certification is preferred but not required
Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items
Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service and time management skills
Ability to work well in a team environment and
Strong sense of accountability
