We require an effective supervisor who can produce innovative menus and recipes, oversee all food leaving the kitchen for our guests in our restaurant, lounge, and room service, and guarantee that health and safety regulations are met. Our ideal candidate is an inventive culinary leader who can recruit and develop great personnel to provide guests with a top-notch dining experience. Benefits • Employee Rate at IHG Hotels • Health, Dental, Vision, and Term Life Insurance • Paid Time Off • Free On-Site Parking • Free Employee Meals • Employee Referral Program • Discounted KAT Bus Passes Responsibilities: • Coordinate all outlet food preparation, including processes, portioning, and garnishing, and ensure that all meals and dishes are presented elegantly • Review and track team member performance objectives, as well as offer guidance and assistance to support and promote an efficient kitchen • Combine diverse ingredients in a unique way to create new and distinctive menu items and specials • Establish a collaborative environment for kitchen workers by educating recruits and hiring personnel who fit the corporate culture • Make decisions for daily culinary operations, including exceeding guest expectations and increasing revenue and profit Qualifications: • Must be able to meet all safety and sanitation requirements of kitchen equipment and food storage • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and other team members • This role requires experience building, motivating, and leading a team Compensation: $25 - $28 hourly
