    We are launching a bold, fresh, and innovative restaurant concept set to disrupt the food and hospitality industry. Backed by visionary owner and industry leader, we are now seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to take this vision to the next level as we already have a few locations open with more building now.

    As CEO, you will lead the charge in building a world-class brand. You’ll play a pivotal role in strategy, operations, team development, and brand execution. From shaping the culture to ensuring operational excellence, this is a unique opportunity to create something remarkable from day one.

    Key Responsibilities

    Vision & Strategy: Define and execute the short- and long-term vision for the restaurant concept.

    Team Leadership: Recruit, inspire, and lead a high-performing executive and management team.

    Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and service excellence.

    Brand Development: Drive brand identity, customer experience, and market positioning.

    Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.

    Growth & Expansion: Lead the scaling strategy – from single-unit success to multi-location growth.

    Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with owner to report progress and align on strategic goals.

    What We’re Looking For

    Proven track record as a CEO, COO, or senior executive in the hospitality or restaurant industry.

    Experience scaling restaurant operations from concept to multiple locations is a strong plus.

    Deep understanding of restaurant economics, branding, and guest experience.

    Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

    Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and excellence.

    A deep appreciation for hospitality, design, and culture.
