Responsibilities
Cook and prepare menu items according to restaurant standards
Maintain consistency, quality, and timing during service
Work cleanly and efficiently in a high-volume kitchen
Set up, stock, and maintain stations throughout shifts
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
Support overall kitchen operations and teamwork
Qualifications
Previous restaurant cooking experience required
High-volume experience preferred
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Strong work ethic and reliability
Team-oriented attitude and professional mindset
Experience on grill, sauté, fry, or expo stations preferred
