Responsibilities: • Keep all workstations, counters, cooking equipment, and refrigerators clean and sanitary according to health and safety rules • Grill, broil or saute menu items according to standard recipes and presentation specifications • Ensure that all interactions with visitors, vendors and colleagues are conducted in a professional and friendly manner • Adhere to established storage and waste control standards for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products to ensure quality food is served • Establish a system of food stations and stock them with all of the necessary ingredients for the shift Qualifications: • Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic • We prefer some experience working in the food service industry • Ability to understand and comply with kitchen sanitation, safety and equipment usage, and food storage • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers Compensation: $14 per hour plus tip pool
