    Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Equipment Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, strengthen industry partnerships, and expand our market presence. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with manufacturers, buying groups, dealers, and retail customers, while driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market share in the restaurant equipment sector.

    Build and manage strong relationships with manufacturers, buying groups, dealers, and retail customers to create long-term partnerships.

    Negotiate contracts, pricing, and programs to maximize profitability and competitiveness.

    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product availability, delivery, and customer support.

    Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

    Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and dealer/partner meetings.

    Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior leadership.

    Qualifications:

    Proven track record in restaurant equipment sales or related foodservice industry experience.

    Strong knowledge of the commercial foodservice equipment market, distribution channels, and industry players.

    Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

    Ability to work independently, set priorities, and achieve sales targets.

    Experience managing dealer and distributor relationships preferred.

    Valid driver’s license.

    Willingness to travel.

    Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience).
