About the Role:

Join The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill as a FOH Shift Lead, where you'll play a crucial role in creating an exceptional customer experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment while ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Supervise front-of-house staff to ensure outstanding customer service.

Train and mentor new team members on service standards and procedures.

Manage daily operations, including cash handling and inventory control.

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.

Coordinate shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.

Assist in developing promotional strategies to enhance customer engagement.

Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive demeanor.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
