    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Leader and Manager of all Front of House operations including, but not limited to:

    o Managing all aspects of dining service affiliated with the Front of House. This includes situations and issues regarding staff, guests, officials, suppliers, etc. o Ensure every guest has the highest quality experience, each and every visit. o Ensure correct counts of all money in the building. Petty cash balanced daily, bar drawer set every shift, and correct amounts of collected cash owed from staff at the end of each shift. o Direct employees to complete job responsibilities o Follow up on job responsibilities, via correction or completing the task yourself. o Ensure the restaurant is clean, stocked, and well-kept daily. o Maintaining a clean outdoor area, surrounding the building. o Upholding the integrity of the restaurant and the standards that we expect. o Answer guests’ messages and complaints in a timely manner. o Ushering events, parties, reservations, and guest interactions into a great experience. From start to finish, you are required to providing an unforgettable experience to the guests. o Working events both in house, and off site. o Holding staff accountable for their shifts. o If any staff is unable to show up for their shift, or unable to perform their duties, you will be expected to step in and complete the tasks until the end of shift. o Have complete knowledge and understanding of each product in the restaurant. You must be up to date on all items that are affiliated with allergies or dietary restrictions. o Providing continued education to staff on products and steps of service. o Attend management meetings on Tuesday mornings, and any management meetings either in house or off site.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma/GED

    Previous restaurant management experience

    Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software

    Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure

    Excellent management and leadership skills

    Strong communication and problem-solving skills
