About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a high level of service and quality.

Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.

Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to minimize waste.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports to track financial performance.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to create and update menu offerings.

Foster a positive and motivating work environment for all employees.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager in the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of restaurant operations, including budgeting and inventory management.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.

ServSafe certification or equivalent is preferred.
