Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team! As the General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of your restaurant's operations. GMs are accountable for strategic planning, driving sales, staffing, controlling costs, achieving operations standards, leading teams and developing future leaders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant

Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews

Lead team in providing exceptional customer service

Create and maintain a food and beverage budget

Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations

Provide sales and productivity reports to owners

Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events

Qualifications:

At least 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industries with proven success managing financial results

Experience working in a hands-on, fast paced, high volume environment

Commitment to quality food and exceptional guest service

Ability to mentor and train team members

Strong communications skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provided direction

Involvement/understanding of managing inventory, labor costs, and overall control of financials
