About the Role: As General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of restaurant operations, financials, and team development. You’ll recruit, train, and mentor staff, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure excellence in both front and back-of-house.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead daily operations with a focus on hospitality and performance
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
Set and track KPIs and operational goals
Manage food, beverage, and labor budgets
Uphold all safety, sanitation, and quality standards
Oversee local store marketing and community engagement
Provide regular reporting to ownership and senior leadership
