Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being. You will train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop short and long-term goals for the restaurant
Manage the work the front cashier as needed.
Willing to step in the kitchen if needed.
Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
Create and maintain a food and beverage Inventory and budget
Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
Previous restaurant management experience
Familiarity with restaurant management software, and Toast POS software
Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
Excellent management and leadership skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
