Warm Welcomes: Greet every guest with a genuine smile and friendly demeanor, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Efficient Seating: Manage our reservation system and seating chart to ensure a smooth flow of guests, accommodating preferences and special requests.

Menu Knowledge: Inform guests of daily specials and provide detailed menu information to enhance their dining choices.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating and ensure timely service.

Retail Assistance: Process retail purchases, operate the POS system, and handle cash transactions with accuracy.

Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old, as you'll be assisting with wine service.

Weekend Availability: Full availability on Fridays through Sundays is required.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating reservation platforms and POS systems.

Experience: Previous hosting experience in an upscale, high-volume setting is preferred.

Personality: Outgoing, friendly, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Certification: Must obtain an Indiana liquor server's permit.
