About the Internship
We are seeking motivated, reliable, and eager-to-learn interns to join our restaurant team. This internship offers hands-on experience in daily restaurant operations, customer service, food preparation, and team coordination. Ideal for students or recent graduates interested in hospitality, culinary arts, restaurant management, or business operations.
🔹 Front of House (FOH) Intern Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests with a positive and professional attitude
Support servers and hosts during service
Learn POS systems and order flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Assist with take-out, catering orders, and guest follow-up
Learn guest-experience and service standards
🔹 Back of House (BOH) Intern Responsibilities
Assist kitchen staff with food prep and plating
Learn kitchen safety, sanitation, and food-handling standards
Support inventory organization and labeling
Assist with dishwashing and station cleanliness
Observe and learn kitchen workflow and timing
Support line cooks and kitchen leadership as needed
✅ Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality, culinary, business, or related program (preferred, not required)
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-player mindset
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Must meet local minimum age requirements for restaurant work
