Part-Time Restaurant Maintenance Tech job responsibilities:

Install and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment

Perform basic plumbing and electrical work,

Complete limited HVAC tasks

Handle light carpentry and paint touch-up

Repair flooring as needed

Supervise outside contractors

Advise restaurant management on maintenance priorities

Required experience and skills:

Basic plumbing skills

Basic electrical wiring (120/208V; single and 3-phase)

Equipment diagnosis and repair

Strong problem solving and attention to detail

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Self-motivated and reliable

Valid driver's license required
