An established hospitality group with a successful presence in Bellport is expanding with a new upscale casual concept and is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager.
This is not a speculative startup or turnaround situation. Ownership is experienced, locally rooted, and committed to building a steady, well-structured operation from day one.
We are seeking a hands-on leader who values consistency, supports their team during busy service, and maintains a calm, solutions-oriented presence on the floor.
Compensation
• $65,000–$75,000 annual salary (based on experience)

Schedule
• 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
• Oversee daily front-of-house operations
• Manage and support a team of 20+ employees
• Oversee scheduling and labor management
• Support ordering and inventory control
• Train and develop staff
• Ensure food safety and service standards
• Maintain a steady, professional presence during high-volume service
• Collaborate with ownership to strengthen operational systems
Requirements
• 2+ years restaurant management experience (upscale casual preferred)
• Experience managing teams of 20+ employees
• Strong leadership skills with a steady, even-tempered approach
• Comfortable giving clear direction and constructive feedback
• Organized and dependable under pressure
• Stable work history
• Food safety knowledge preferred
• Reliable transportation (location not accessible by public transportation)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
