    The Restaurant Manager will lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our establishment. They have a passion for hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in the restaurant industry. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, managing financial performance, and cultivating a positive work environment for our staff.

    Responsibilities:

    Leadership and Team Management: Provide strong leadership and direction to the restaurant team, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and development.

    Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including but not limited to food preparation, service, inventory management, licensing, maintenance, and cleanliness. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

    Guest Experience: Maintain high standards of service to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Financial Performance: Manage budget and expenses effectively to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability. Monitor sales trends, analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and control costs.

    Quality Control: Uphold quality standards for food, beverage, and service to meet or exceed guest expectations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure consistency and compliance with brand standards.

    Vendor and Supplier Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients and supplies. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to optimize cost savings.

    Qualifications:

    The right applicant will have 5-10 years of restaurant experience including a combination of

    FOH and or BOH Management

    Bartending and Serving Experience
