    The Restaurant Manager oversees daily front-of-house operations while ensuring an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role focused on leadership, service excellence, and maintaining Bettolino Kitchen’s standards of quality, professionalism, and warmth. The Manager works closely with ownership, the kitchen team, and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations and a consistently high level of service. Responsibilities: Guest Experience • Ensure every guest receives warm, attentive, and consistent service • Address and resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly • Maintain a welcoming, organized, and polished dining room • Oversee reservations, waitlists, and table flow during service Team Leadership • Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house staff • Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching team members • Set clear expectations for service standards, appearance, and conduct • Step in as needed during service to support the team Daily Operations • Open and/or close the restaurant as scheduled • Ensure appropriate staffing levels for each shift • Monitor service pacing and communication between FOH and BOH • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards Administrative & Business Support • Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and labor management • Handle cash, tips, and end-of-day reports as needed • Support private dining events, large parties, and special services • Communicate operational needs and feedback to ownership • Qualifications: • Previous restaurant management experience or strong lead server experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong leadership and team management abilities • Ability to stay calm, organized, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment • High attention to detail and strong multitasking skills • Passion for hospitality and guest service • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays • OpenTable experience • Toast POS experience a plus Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 yearly
