Position: Restaurant Manager - Monona Reporting To: General Manager - Monona FLSA Classification: Full-Time, Exempt
Position Overview

What You’ll Do
As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll partner closely with the General Manager to lead daily operations and help create the welcoming, energetic atmosphere Buck & Honey’s is known for.
You’ll:
Lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
Inspire and develop a high-performing hospitality team
Create exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns with care and professionalism
Coach, mentor, and recognize team members to help them grow
Ensure smooth shifts, strong communication, and proper staffing levels
Support inventory management, operational efficiency, and cost controls
Maintain high standards for food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
Help drive sales, team engagement, and overall restaurant success

What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who:
Has at least 2 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience
Leads with positivity, accountability, and strong communication skills
Can stay organized and calm in a high-energy environment
Is passionate about hospitality and team development
Enjoys being hands-on and actively involved on the floor
Has experience with POS systems (Toast and Restaurant365 experience is a plus)
Bonus points for:
Upscale casual or full-service dining experience
Spanish language skills
Hospitality certifications
