    Base Salary: $70,000/year + Benefits & Bonus Potential

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager who demonstrates strong leadership, genuine care for both guests and team members, and a solid understanding of restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will inspire our frontline staff, maintain high standards of service and quality, manage costs, and foster a positive work environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Leadership & Team Development

    • Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team across multiple locations.

    • Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to strengthen skills and performance.

    • Cultivate a supportive, respectful, and guest-focused culture.

    Operational Management

    • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and consistency.

    • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

    • Manage staff schedules to optimize labor cost and service levels.

    Financial & Cost Management

    • Monitor and manage costs, including labor, food, and supplies.

    • Analyze financial reports and make recommendations to improve profitability.

    • Implement strategies to control waste and maximize revenue.

    Guest Experience

    • Ensure exceptional guest service and handle guest feedback with care and professionalism.

    • Maintain standards of quality in food presentation and service delivery.

    • Act as the face of the restaurant, building rapport with regulars and new guests alike.

    Qualifications

    • Previous restaurant management experience required (diner, casual dining, or similar environment preferred).

    • Proven leadership and people management skills.

    • Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and scheduling.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
