    Responsibilities

    Supervise all aspects of wine bar operations, including service, food preparation, and beverage offerings

    Manage inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels of wines, spirits, and related supplies

    Oversee POS system for accurate order processing and cash handling

    Train and develop staff in food handling, customer service, and responsible alcohol service to maintain high standards

    Coordinate shift management, ensuring smooth transitions between team members while maintaining efficiency

    Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations across the bar and kitchen areas

    Lead staff recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training to foster a motivated team environment

    Qualifications

    Proven experience in food preparation, kitchen management, or culinary roles within a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting

    Strong background in restaurant management, supervising teams, and food service operations

    Familiarity with POS systems, experience with cash handling and inventory control is essential

    Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently

    Demonstrated leadership in hospitality management with experience in training & development and staff supervision

    Knowledge of food safety standards and food handling best practices within the food industry

    Prior casual dining or fine dining experience preferred; banquet or catering background is a plus

    Ability to manage budgets, perform shift management duties effectively, and oversee food production processes
