Responsibilities: • Manage appropriate inventory levels of food and dining products and plan accurately for forecasted sales trends • Examine each product and service for quality in accordance with the standards set by the company • Undertake routine assessments of team members' performance and ensure that they are held accountable for their actions through performance management • Oversee staffing levels by recruiting, interviewing, and training candidates for all restaurant positions • Prepare a thorough business strategy for the restaurant, taking into account the local market, the competition, revenue, and costs Qualifications: • Experience with MS Office and other computer skills desired • This position requires 2-3 years of previous experience managing a staff or relevant role, ideally in the restaurant industry • Previous food service experience with the ability to oversee food inventory levels and manage costs • Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 yearly
