Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to join our team! As the Manager, you will be responsible for upkeeping the restaurant’s operational performance on a daily basis. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant
Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
Previous restaurant management experience
Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
Excellent management and leadership skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
