    Stadium Brew Co is a local, family-owned restaurant and bar in Aliso Viejo. We're built on great food, cold beer, and a team that genuinely enjoys what they do. We're looking for an Assistant Manager who wants to grow with us — not just fill a role.

    Compensation & Perks

    $24-26/hr, commensurate with experience with potential for bonus earnings based on performance. Regular Overtime

    The Role You'll partner with the General Manager to run day-to-day operations across the restaurant and bar. This is a hands-on leadership position — you'll be on the floor with the team, not behind a desk. The right person is a positive, motivating leader with a genuine passion for hospitality.

    Schedule Must be available every Sunday and Monday. Tuesday evenings preferred. Additional days picked up as needed. May be able to work out something closer to full time, especially if taking on the Event Coordinator role. If doing so, must be available to coordinate on-site or ensure appropriate staffing for events. Ability to pick up shifts for GM when out of restaurant highly preferred.

    What You'll Do

    Lead and support staff through daily service, scheduling, and training

    Own inventory management and vendor ordering

    Help manage the restaurant's operational budget

    Enforce SOPs and ensure consistent execution across all shifts

    Drive marketing efforts, promotions, and community engagement

    Support event coordination when needed (with bonus earning potential)

    Hire, onboard, and develop team members

    Maintain a clean, safe, and well-run facility

    Resolve guest issues with professionalism and a hospitality-first mindset

    What We're Looking For

    Must be 21 years of age or older

    Valid food safety certification required (ServSafe or equivalent)

    Extensive bar knowledge required; bar management experience strongly preferred

    Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience required

    Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure

    Strong understanding of front-of-house and back-of-house operations

    Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

    A customer-first mentality and the ability to lead by example

    Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is a plus but not required
