    We are seeking a polished, service-driven Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations in a high-end, fast-paced dining environment along the Miami River. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a strong presence on the floor, exceptional guest-relations skills, and a passion for delivering elevated dining experiences.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead and manage daily floor operations with a strong focus on personalized guest service

    Maintain a visible presence on the floor, ensuring service excellence and swift resolution of guest needs

    Oversee reservation management, table flow, VIP coordination, and guest pacing

    Hire, train, mentor, and develop front-of-house team members to uphold luxury service standards

    Collaborate closely with culinary and bar leadership to ensure seamless service execution

    Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance standards in a high-volume environment

    Uphold brand standards, presentation, and hospitality culture

    Ideal Candidate:

    Proven experience in upscale or fine-dining restaurant management

    Strong leadership and floor presence with an eye for detail

    Exceptional customer service and guest engagement skills

    Ability to thrive in a high-energy, high-volume setting

    Experience with reservation platforms and guest database management

    A hands-on leader committed to team development and excellence

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant

    Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews

    Lead team in providing exceptional customer service

    Create and maintain a food and beverage budget

    Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations

    Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management

    Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma/GED

    Previous restaurant management experience

    Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software

    Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure

    Excellent management and leadership skills

    Strong communication and problem-solving skills
