What You’ll Do

• Assist the owner/operator with FOH & BOH management
• Lead, train, and support a small team (<5 employees)
• Oversee ordering, receiving, and inventory control
• Manage scheduling, expo, and service flow
• Ensure compliance with food safety & sanitation standards
• Provide an outstanding guest and employee experience

About You (Ideal Candidate)

• FOH management experience in a tavern, bar, or casual restaurant is required
• BOH management experience helpful
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills
• Comfortable lifting to 50 lbs & standing long shifts
• Positive, dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• Quick to build rapport with guests and staff
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
