We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who leads with confidence, works well under pressure, and understands that great restaurants are built by great teams.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. This role is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations, leading and developing staff, maintaining service standards, managing guest relations, and ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly from open to close.
We're looking for someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do. Someone who takes ownership, solves problems before they become bigger issues, and leads by example.
What you'll do: Oversee daily restaurant operations and service execution
Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house team members
Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns professionally
Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor efficiency
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and hospitality
Work closely with ownership, GM and kitchen leadership to ensure smooth operations
Help drive team accountability, performance, and culture
What we're looking for:
Previous restaurant management experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Availability to work weekends and peak business hours
