Beachwalk Club is an exclusive, member-only club located in St. John's County. Nestled into the comfortable and cozy neighborhoods of St. Johns, the Beachwalk Club sits on a sparkling Crystal Lagoon®, offering a members-only restaurant and bar, a waterfront swim-up bar, three distinct beaches, waterslides, clubhouse amenities, tennis courts and more. Beachwalk Club provides its members with exciting activities and engagement, from live music to massive events, all in the aim of delivering a truly unique and wonderful experience to all who step through its doors.

We are currently seeking a dedicated, career oriented and service-driven Restaurant Manager to lead our food and beverage team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a prestigious setting with a strong emphasis on hospitality, member satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant and dining operations to ensure seamless service

Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to exceed member expectations

Work closely with the Executive Chef to coordinate menus and service delivery

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and budgeting

Maintain high levels of member engagement and satisfaction

Assist in Planning and executing special dining events and private functions

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management (private club experience preferred but not required)

Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and communication abilities

A passion for top-tier hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile to provide it

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software. Experience with Club Essentials a plus
