    North Park, San Diego Full-Time | $65,000–$75,000 DOE + Performance Bonuses

    We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who doesn’t just manage shifts, they create energy. Someone who can take this amazing restaurant to the next level through hospitality, teamwork, and detail-driven execution.     What You’ll Do

    Lead daily service with confidence, energy, and style.

    Inspire and hold your team accountable for excellence, consistency, and hospitality.

    Curate an atmosphere guests feel — fun, social, and high-touch.

    Collaborate with ownership on brunch launch, special events, and late-night concepts.

    Recruit and train team members who share your drive, pride, and vibe.

    Oversee scheduling, inventory, vendors, and service flow — with precision and organization.

    Book and organize group bookings and private events.

    Keep standards sharp: from uniforms and playlists to service timing and tone.

    Who You Are

    A natural leader with strong charisma, accountability, and taste.

    Obsessed with guest experience — you know what makes people stay longer, smile wider, and post about it later.

    Highly organized, punctual, and unafraid of hard work.

    Comfortable using tech (Toast, OpenTable, Excel, Google Drive) and data to improve performance.

    Excited by growth and creativity — you see challenges as opportunities to innovate.

    Bonus points if you have a background in cocktail culture, events, or lifestyle hospitality.

    Perks & Pay

    $65,000–$75,000 base salary (depending on experience)

    Quarterly performance bonuses for excellence in service, sales growth, and leadership

    Dining perks and creative collaboration with ownership

    A clear path to General Manager within 12–18 months.

    Work for an independent, hands-on ownership team that invests in its people and loves new ideas
