    ✅ Operations Management

    Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, food stands, or kiosks within the park

    Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health codes

    Monitor inventory, ordering, and food storage systems

    Coordinate maintenance and repairs of kitchen, dining, and service areas

    ✅ Staff Supervision

    Hire, train, and schedule front-of-house and back-of-house staff

    Supervise team performance and provide coaching or disciplinary action when needed

    Conduct daily briefings, assign tasks, and ensure smooth team communication

    ✅ Customer Service

    Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly

    Maintain a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere

    Monitor dining areas and guest flow to improve service efficiency
