Compensation • $9 per hour plus tips • 110 nights of discounted travel through Go Hilton Responsibilities: • Establish a full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to respond to client inquiries and make recommendations • Promptly seat guests when they arrive, take food and beverage orders, serve meals on time while accommodating any special requests • Accept correct payment from guests and guarantee the accuracy of the guest check and manner of payment to protect both the client and the business from any transaction mistakes • Actively engage in pre-shift and department meetings to get a thorough knowledge of all goods, services, and facility operations • Restock and clean as instructed, including side work for the opening and closing of the restaurant Qualifications: • We prefer some experience working in the food service industry • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers • Candidates must have completed high school or received a similar certification (GED) • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality • Outstanding time management and organizational skills Compensation: $9 per hour plus tips
