Responsibilities: • Drink Preparation: Mixing traditional and creative cocktails, pouring wine, and serving beer to guests at the bar and in the dining area. • Service & Order Taking: Greeting customers, offering menu suggestions, taking food and drink orders, and delivering items promptly. • Bar Maintenance: Stocking inventory, preparing garnishes, cleaning equipment, and organizing the bar area. • POS Management: Processing cash and credit card payments, managing tabs, and ensuring accurate financial transactions. • Compliance & Safety: Checking identification to verify legal age and monitoring guest consumption to prevent over-intoxication.
