    Brasero Atlantico is looking for talented servers to join the opening team of our iconic global brand. Floreria Atlantico and Brasero Atlantico is inspired by our Company's desire to provide memorable dining experiences and stellar service--while adhering to our core values of kinship loyalty, and community--pouring our hearts, souls, and minds into each property, ensuring that our guests feel and experience magic by simply entering one of our restaurants, bars and cafes. Responsibilities: • Create a gracious, personalized, and unique-in-class dining experience for all our guests. • Recognize return guests and personalize service based on their preferences. • Engage guests with warm, professional service, expert menu guidance, and education about all food, wine, cocktails, and spirits. • Proactively anticipate guest needs to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or guest requests. • Maintain assigned section, while multitasking and observing all guests in the restaurant. • Confident and correct use of Toast for order entry, cash handling, payment processing, and adhering to all responsible alcohol service guidelines. • Work seamlessly with kitchen, bar team, other floor staff, and management to ensure a fluid guest experience. • Adhere to grooming and dress code standards. • Assist in other duties or responsibilities at the discretion of Brasero Atlantico or its management. Qualifications: • Minimum of 3+ years of fine dining serving experienceStrong beverage knowledge and passion for the service industry. • Standing for 6 to 8+ hours. • Ability to frequently lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both guests and colleagues. • Must possess an exceptional work ethic, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude. • Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment. Compensation: $14 - $16 hourly
