Job Summary:
As a Restaurant Server for R & R Breakfast Spot responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Greet Customers: Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure they feel valued and comfortable.
· Take Orders: Accurately record food and beverage orders, clarifying any dietary restrictions or
preferences.
· Serve Food and Beverages: Deliver orders promptly and ensure that all items are presented attractively.
· Monitor Guest Experience: Check in with customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and
· address any needs or concerns.
· Handle Payments: Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, including cash and credit
transactions.
· Maintain Cleanliness: Keep tables and serving areas clean, organized and assist with light cleaning duties as needed.
· Communicate with Kitchen Staff: Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely preparation of meals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Communicate effectively orally and in writing.
· Manage multiple, concurrent and conflicting priorities and deadlines.
· Establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of customers and staff during your role.
· Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide a positive
dining experience.
· Ability to accurately take orders and ensure correct delivery of food and beverages.
· Capable of managing multiple tables and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Competence in handling cash and processing payments.
· Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other servers.
Education and Experience:
· 1-3 years of fast paced restaurant experience
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of standing.
· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Salary and Benefits
