About the Role:

Buckeye West LLC is looking for energetic and passionate restaurant professionals to join our team in beautiful Fountain Hills, AZ! Whether you're a skilled Server, Busser, Cook, or Bartender, we want enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and love delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding food and beverage service to guests in a timely and friendly manner

Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff

Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages (Bartenders)

Execute menu items to recipe standards with consistency and quality (Cooks)

Maintain cleanliness of dining room, tables, and service areas (Bussers)

Support front-of-house team with table resets, restocking, and guest assistance

Uphold food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Must be 21+ to apply for Bartender positions (where applicable)

Food Handler's Card and/or AZ Title 4 Liquor License certification a plus

Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude, team-player mentality, and strong work ethic
