Responsibilities:
Train and manage employees and assign duties as needed
Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
Resolve customer complaints gracefully and with tact
Adhere to all health and food safety rules and regulations
Maintain appropriate inventory levels, reorder and restock when necessary
Cover the shifts of absent employees
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and balancing registers at shift end
Foster a team-oriented environment by supervising staff performance, providing feedback, and encouraging professional growth
Support staff hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training & development initiatives
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
Previous food service experience
Familiarity with POS software
Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
Excellent management and leadership skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service
