Job Description

Our Implementation Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of software and hardware for restaurants. You will serve as the bridge between our clients and our technical teams—managing onboarding, overseeing the configuration, optimizing workflows, and providing exceptional support throughout the implementation lifecycle. An ideal candidate for this role would be to have experience is restaurant management or have worked in a restaurant with some technical background or skills, helpful but not necessary.

** Key Responsibilities**

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new and existing clients, from initial planning through post-launch support.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Configure and customize software to align with client objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth integrations and timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive implementation documentation, including workflows, training materials, and status reports.
• Provide client training sessions, user onboarding, and live support.
• Monitor performance post-deployment and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex challenges to appropriate internal resources.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Diamond Data's products, updates, and best practices.
