Pay & Benefits
Salary: $62,000 – $75,000 per year (Base salary based on experience)
Bonus: Monthly performance-based incentives (up to $10,000+ annually)

What You’ll Do
Lead the Floor: Oversee daily operations, ensuring service is fast, friendly, and meets Kyuramen’s high standards.
Build the Team: Recruit, train, and mentor staff. We believe in a "lead from the front" mentality—no office-only managers!
Financial Oversight: Manage P&L, labor costs, and inventory to drive profitability.
Quality Control: Ensure every bowl of ramen and every "Omurice" looks and tastes perfect before it hits the table. Maintaining Brand Image to highest standard.
Compliance: Maintain strict health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Requirements
Experience: 2–5 years of restaurant management experience (high-volume or polished casual preferred).
Skills: Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling software, Social Media , Google Sheets and Excel
Mindset: A problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and treats staff with respect.
Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
