PrimoHoagies is looking for a passionate, hands-on Restaurant Store Manager to oversee daily operations and uphold the award-winning quality that has led USA Today to recognize us as the Best Hoagie Shop in America three years running. If you’re driven, detail-oriented, and energized by fast-paced restaurant leadership, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

Lead staffing: scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management

Oversee inventory control, ordering, and waste reduction

Enforce all food safety, sanitation, and health standards

Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns promptly

Monitor sales, labor costs, profitability, and operational KPIs

Partner with corporate area managers on marketing, compliance, and brand initiatives

Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and PrimoHoagies brand presentation

What You Bring

Leadership experience in restaurant or retail management (fast-casual a plus)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment

Knowledge of food safety practices; ServSafe preferred (We will train)

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
