The Canopy by Hilton Portland Pearl District is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor. In this role, you’ll oversee and coordinate all restaurant operations to ensure everything runs smoothly, guests are satisfied, and staff perform at their best. You’ll manage the team, address customer concerns, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Responsibilities: • Supervise, train, and schedule staff members, including servers, bartenders, cooks, and other support staff. • Address customer complaints, ensure high-quality service, and handle customer inquiries professionally. • Maintain order, manage inventory, and ensure all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly. • Oversee food preparation and serving to maintain food quality standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. • May be involved in managing cash flow, preparing reports, and tracking revenue. • Work effectively with other managers, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and collaboration. Qualifications: • Prior restaurant supervisory experience. • Hotel F&B experience preferred but not required. • Upbeat personality.
