The Restaurant Supervisor manages daily operations, ensuring smooth service, high food quality, and customer satisfaction by leading staff (hiring, training, scheduling), overseeing inventory/ordering, handling complaints, enforcing health codes, and boosting profitability, balancing front-of-house guest experience with back-of-house efficiency Responsibilities: • Principles and processes for providing customer service, including needs assessment and evaluation of customer satisfaction • Advanced knowledge of Point of Sale systems • Food and beverage products, preparation, handling, service techniques, and other food and beverage standard operating procedures • Health codes, food sanitation, and safety practices • Ability to meet quality standards for service and cleanliness • Make decisions guided by SOPs • Analyze activities and information to arrive at logical conclusions and recommendations • Communicate clearly and concisely • Adapt to constantly changing situations to ensure quality service to all guests • Successfully lead and motivate staff Qualifications: • Prior experience in a restaurant supervising position. Upbeat personality. Guest-oriented approach • Ability to train and motivate FOH staff
