  • Responsibilities

    Job Summary: Responsible for the daily operations of a restaurant to ensure smooth service, high-quality food, and exceptional guest experiences. This includes managing employee performance, coordinating front-of-house activities, and maintaining health and safety standards.

    Responsibilities:

    -Strategic supervision of all facets of daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless coordination across departments and delivering exceptional guest experience.

    -Provides proactive supervision and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous growth.

    -Develops and implements efficient staff scheduling systems that optimize labor costs while maintaining peak performance and coverage.

    • Resolves guest concerns with professionalism and empathy, transforming potential challenges into opportunities for brand loyalty.

    • Champions rigorous quality assurance standards in food preparation, presentation, and service to uphold brand reputation.

    • Monitors inventory levels and initiates cost-effective ordering strategies that minimize waste and meet operational demands.

    -Holds active certification in CPR and basic first aid, maintaining readiness to respond swiftly to medical emergencies on-site.

    • Trains staff on resource-conscious behaviors and best practices for waste prevention, fostering accountability across departments.

    --Perform any other required duties as requested by the F & B Director to aid in better operation of the hotel and service to guests.

    -Keep confidential the business functions of the company including, but not limited to, financial status, guest information, employee issues, etc.

    Necessary Skills:

    -Communicate effectively by writing, phone, and personal meeting situations.

    -Able to work a flexible schedule.

    -Be organized, be honest and work well with others.

    -Have good cash handling skills.

    -Have a good working knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting procedures.

    Physical Requirements:

    -Must have eyesight enabling vision both near and far.

    -Must have finger dexterity to type, write, and work on a computer.

    -Must speak in a clear, understandable voice, hear at a basic level, and understand English.

    -Must be able to bend, stretch arms overhead and lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds.

    -Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
