What You'll Do

As a Team Leader, you’ll be the glue that holds our front-of-house and kitchen teams together during service. Your mission: make sure every guest leaves smiling—and every team member feels supported.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising and coordinating team members during service

Leading by example to ensure excellent customer service

Light food preparation and hands-on support wherever needed

Delegating tasks and validating completion of daily checklists

Fostering a friendly, efficient, and respectful work environment
