    Server Assistant

    Keeps the restaurant clean, safe, and fully stocked front and back of house. Busses and resets tables, maintains restrooms, runs dishwashing operations, clears spills, and supports the team wherever needed. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 8 hours, and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

    Server

    Greets and serves guests with speed and courtesy from arrival to departure. Takes and delivers orders, suggestively sells, handles cash and payment transactions, and maintains a clean dining room and service area. Must be able to lift trays up to 25 lbs, stand for up to 8 hours, and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

    Cook

    Prepares and presents all menu items to Denny's recipe and brand standards. Manages food temps, prep charts, stock levels, and equipment cleanliness while following all food safety regulations. Must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 8 hours, and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

    Host/Hostess

    First point of contact for every guest — greets, seats, and sets the tone for a great visit. Manages the wait list, handles to-go orders, processes payments, and keeps the foyer clean and welcoming. Requires basic math skills, POS operation, and the ability to stand for an entire shift on a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

    Restaurant Manager

    Leads overall restaurant operations with accountability for guest satisfaction, team performance, sales growth, and financial results. Recruits, trains, and coaches staff while upholding Denny's brand standards for food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality. Requires a minimum of 3 years of restaurant, hospitality, or retail management experience, Food Safety Manager certification, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
