Char’d is looking for dependable, energetic Team Members to join our crew at our brick-and-mortar location! As a Team Member, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, high-energy environment, serving up bold, flavorful food while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a positive, welcoming attitude

Take accurate orders and operate the register/POS system

Prepare food items to Char’d standards, maintaining quality and consistency

Keep work areas and common areas clean, organized, and fully stocked

Support your team during busy shifts with flexibility and enthusiasm

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards

Assist with restocking, opening/closing tasks, and general upkeep of the restaurant

Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain reliable attendance

Requirements:

Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality — showing up on time is a must

Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Willingness to learn and take on various roles as needed

Prior restaurant or food service experience is a plus, but not required
