Job Title: Restaurant and Banquet Supervisor Department: Restaurant and Banquets Reports To: F&B Manager Hours: 40+
Job Function: Join the Goodstone Team and grow in a culture of excellence! The Restaurant and Banquet Supervisor oversees daily restaurant operations, ensuring top-tier service, staff coordination, and high food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards. This role also leads banquet execution—managing service, setup, and guest satisfaction—while acting as the key liaison between the kitchen, front-of-house, and event planners. Supports the F&B Manager in achieving business goals and delivering an exceptional dining experience and all events. Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily front-of-house operations, including the bar program, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures.
Ensure staff adhere to service standards and company policies across all FOH staff.
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all restaurant areas.
Assist in inventory control and inform the manager of ordering/supply needs
Support scheduling and ensure adequate staffing during shifts.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service, including during events.
Generate daily shift reports and assist with administrative tasks as required.
Attend Banquet Event Order (BEO) Meetings to ensure proper staffing and planning for events
Coordinate banquet staff, including servers and bartenders, during event execution
Conduct pre-event briefings to review timelines, responsibilities and service expectations
Ensure that banquet spaces are set up accurately according to a BEO, including tables, linens, silverware, and décor.
Preferred Education and Experience:
1 Year Restaurant and Banquet Experience preferred
Knowledge of restaurant POS system; Silverware a plus
General knowledge of bar tending.

Supervisory Responsibility:
Supported the food and beverage manager in the day-to-day operation of a luxury inn and restaurant. Support and guide the Front of House Restaurant and Banquets team in all training, sanitation practices, inventory, guest engagement as well as company guidelines. Consistently demonstrate a passion for hospitality, working with all team members to achieve our collective goals.
